every project begins with your story.
after you complete the inquiry form, i’ll review your wedding details, confirm availability, and schedule a consultation call. during our conversation, we’ll discuss your vision, guest count, stationery needs, and investment so i can prepare a proposal tailored specifically to your celebration.
02: proposal & booking
following our consultation, you’ll receive a personalized proposal outlining your stationery collection and investment.
once your proposal is approved, a signed contract and retainer officially reserve your place on my calendar and the design process can begin.
03: design & Refine
this is where your vision comes to life.
whether you’ve selected a semi-custom collection or a fully custom suite, i’ll thoughtfully develop your designs, guiding you through each digital proof until every detail feels just right - from wording and typography to paper, color, and finishing touches.
04: production
once every detail has been carefully reviewed and approved, your suite is prepared for production.
i’ll coordinate directly with my trusted print partners to ensure every piece is produced with exceptional quality and craftsmanship. every piece is then inspected and assembled with the same attention to detail that guided the design process, ensuring a finished product that is as beautiful as the digital proofs.
05: delivery
your completed stationery arrives carefully packaged and ready for the next chapter. get your partner your favorite movie for a date-night in for invitation suite assembly.
if you’ve selected in-studio assembly, wax seals, ribbon, or other finishing services, your invitations will be mailed by laura paula designs - allowing you to check one more thing off your wedding checklist.
06: wedding day details

menus, place cards, seating displays, welcome signs, bar signage, and other day-of pieces are designed to compliment your invitation suite, creating a cohesive experience from the moment guests open their envelopes to the final toast.
